arcadia university sister cities scholarship (see below)
these scholarships are offered to students on the basis of academic merit and extracurricular activities. awards go up to full tuition and are neither increased or decreased after enrollment. scholarships are only applicable to cost of tuition. no scholarships are given to cover the cost of room and meal plans.
if another scholarship, award, or funding from any outside entity / organization will cover all or part of your tuition costs, the merit scholarship may be replaced or reduced.
once completing at least one semester at arcadia, students can also apply for the following scholarships:

students can earn up $1,525 usd per year through the campus work-study program. once enrolled at arcadia university, you will work with the office of international affairs and one-stop shop to apply for an on-campus job (if available) and a temporary social security number. on average, students work between 8-10 hours per week and receive a paycheck for the hours they have worked each month.
student loans are available to international students who have a valid u.s. cosigner. such students borrow money through the wells fargo collegiate loan or the sallie mae smart option student loan. students can borrow up to the annual cost of attendance minus the other financial aid received. the programs offer flexible repayment options and borrowers have up to 20 years to repay their loans in some cases.
please note that international students with non-immigrant visas are not eligible to apply for federal or state (u.s. government) funds for their education.
sister cities scholarship program
arcadia university is pleased to be actively involved in the sister cities program, which, through the citizen and diplomacy international links philadelphia to the world by creating special relationships with 11 sister and partnership cities. the arcadia university sister city scholarship program provides $15,000 annual scholarships to new, entering full-time undergraduate students, first-year or transfer, who are residents of one of philadelphia’s sister cities, as noted below. students must be pursuing a first bachelor’s degree and must meet arcadia’s undergraduate admissions requirements. the arcadia university sister city scholarship is renewable on the undergraduate level for up to four years, provided the student remains full-time and in good academic standing according to university guidelines.
